Michelle and Adam didn't just get married near Glacier National Park — they brought the wedding into it, up past the tree line where the boardwalk trails give way to open rock and sky. As their wedding videographer, days like this are the ones I chase: no ballroom, no tent, just the two of them and about a thousand feet of elevation doing most of the work.
A Portrait Walk Along Glacier's High Country
We spent a good stretch of the evening walking the boardwalk trail above the valley, mountains stacked up on both sides the whole way.

A Sunset Kiss Above the Tree Line
We waited out the light until the peaks behind them went from green to gold to almost purple, and got this in the last few minutes before the sun dropped fully behind the ridge. Neither of their faces are lit here — it's just silhouette and mountain — and it's become one of my favorite frames I've shot in the park.
